System composition: The magnetic conditioner SX-200 is composed by two magnetic units and two adjustable rings made of nylon.
Foundation of the SX-200: SX-200 physically intervenes in the water, it does not get in touch with it and it does not alter its chemical composition. It only changes the crystalline structure of its salts, the incrust capacity of the calcium carbonate, looses efficiency through the magnetic field and becomes a non incrusted form; all the minerals properties of the treated water remains unaltered.
Functions: The effects of the SX-200 directly affect the problems of the calcareous incrustations: PREVENTIVE effect: it avoids new calcareous incrustations. REPAIRER effect: it progressively eliminates the already existing incrustations. ANTICORROSIVE effect: as a consequence of the incrustations elimination, the risk of corrosions is reduced.
Safety: The SX-200 will never be in contact with water, there isn't any addition of chemical products, the tubes are not manipulated during the installation, so the chemical properties of the water remain unaltered and the risks of leaks and contamination are avoided.
Autonomous and permanent: The SX-200 is a completely autonomous system, it does not need neither electricity, nor maintenance, thanks to its permanent magnetic system, its efficiency is guaranteed along the years.
Energy Saving: With the systems of heat transmitting: boilers, heat exchanger, resistances, it is possible to loose between the 30 and the 80 % of the thermic efficiency due to the incrustations, with consequent economic damage.
Hygiene: The calcareous incrustations act as cover and food for micro organism such as bacterium and fungus. The treatment of sanitary nets with SX-200 reduces the risk of proliferation of these colonies, destroying their habitat.
Installation: The SX-200 can be easily installed on every kind of tube, made of metal or plastic, Copper, Iron, PVC, Polyethylene, Multilayer, etc. (it is not recommendable if made of bronze or lead). The installation system, with adjustable belts and its exclusive drawn with 4 anchorage holes, make it the more adaptable and safe. According to the location of the tubes, the installation can be done as “sandwich” way or as “linear” way.
Suggestions for a correct installation: Do not install the SX-200 soon behind a joint, a curve, a water meter or any other object or equipment who may alter the water regular flow, causing turbulence; to obtain a good working it is necessary to separate with a distance of 30 or 40cm. Do not install it in the motors vacuum, possibly install it with a minimum distance of 50 cm. from the motors vacuum. Do not install it in damaged tubes, the incrustations could clog the holes and the leaks produced by the corrosion, the repairer effect of the SX-200 will eliminate day after day these calcareous deposits and may cause eventual leaks. With systems of heat transmitting: boilers, heat exchanger, accumulators, etc., it is convenient to install a system at the entrance of the cold water and another one at the exit of the hot water (always keeping in mind the previous suggestions). Just one SX-200 system is effective for a path of about 30 meters, for longer path it is necessary to install a second system (follow this criteria for higher development). In case the tubes are straight, without joints or necks which may produce turbulence, the efficacy of the SX-200 could reach the double as a path. The diameter of the tube for a SX-200 is of 1” (25 or 28 mm of external diameter, depending on the material of the same tube, plastic, copper, iron), for bigger diameter it is necessary to install a second, third or forth system, to reach tubes of even bigger diameter (consult the distributor).
